Office Administrator

A brand new and thrilling opportunity has just come available for an skilled Administrator to join this International organisation in their Newcastle based mostly office.

Reporting to the NSW Administration Manager, the Office Administrator will likely be answerable for all areas of administration together with coordinating journey preparations, aiding with the preparation of shopper tenders, compiling monthly experiences, database management, drafting letters and correspondence coordination.

Coupled with the above duties the profitable candidate may also be required to chase outstanding debtors and raising purchase orders.

The successful applicant can be well presented, posses excellent interpersonal skills and have previous expertise working in an identical administrative role. Previous publicity to accounts payable / receivable and MYOB might be highly regarded.
